The part that baffled me is that, if any company is to visit, you must get prior approval by the owner, and if your guests are to sleep over, only two consecutive nights are allowed, must be approved before decided and does have the right to deny any guest to coming over for any reason. I'm aware of this section, but is there any grey areas or more to it? My boyfriend never "signed" this new paper of house rules, but we have read over it.
